Susan De La Field

Susan De la field is a hardneck garlic of the Porcelain variety. It averages 4-7 large cloves per bulb. Susan Delafield wrappers are very white with dark reddish-brown skin around the cloves. It stores for 8-9 months under proper storage conditions.

Flavour: Susan Delafield is a deeply rich flavoured, hot and pungent garlic. Excellent for meals or dishes that ask for strong garlic flavour.

Growing Conditions: Susan Delafield does well in colder and wet conditions.
