Inchelium Red is a softneck garlic of the Artichoke variety. It averages 10-12 large cloves per bulb. Inchelium Red wrappers are thick and white with reddish-purple skin on the cloves. It is a good storage garlic due to its thick wrapper. It stores up to 9 months under proper conditions.
Flavour: Inchelium Red has a robust flavour with medium pungency and heat. Starts off as a pleasant mild flavour at harvest and increases with storage. Inchelium Red is a wonderful all-purpose garlic.
