Sabagold is a softneck garlic of the White Drôme variety. It averages 6-8 cloves per bulb. Sabgold wrappers are white with beige-coloured cloves. It stores 6-9 months under proper storage conditions.
Flavour: Sabagold has a fresh but sweet flavour with medium heat.
Growing Conditions: Sabagold grows in a wide variety of well-drained and fertile soil conditions but prefers warmer weather.
