Armenian is a hardback garlic of the Porcelain variety. It averages 4-5 large cloves per bulb. Armenian has pure white wrappers with reddish purple skin around the cloves. It has a long storage time of 8-9 months under proper conditions.
Flavour: Armenian is a full, aggressive and intense flavoured garlic with medium-hot heat. It is good in dishes that call for an intensive garlic taste.
Growing Conditions: Armenian is cold hardy but can be sensitive to dry conditions.
