Sweet Haven emerges late in the spring, but catches up to reach harvest alongside the main-season varieties. It consistently produces large bulbs, each holding 6–7 cloves wrapped in lightly striped, sturdy bulb wrappers with brown clove skins underneath.

In the kitchen, Sweet Haven offers medium heat and good, well-rounded taste ,approachable enough for everyday cooking while still delivering real garlic character.
